Facilitators guide rather than direct. Discussion, questions, and group activities shape what each session covers in practice.
Take-Home Value
Every programme produces materials participants keep — journal, templates, archive, or reading list. Learning does not end when the session does.
Programme 01
Calm Communication Sessions

A series of group sessions on listening, expressing needs kindly, and coordinating within families during changes. Educational and skills-based, never about any individual matter. Includes practice scenarios and a reflection journal.
